I was very bad in keep up with my blog in 2010 (thank you for the reminders!) So I decided to do a photo look-back at the year!
We had an amazing winter last year and in February we received over 8 inches of snow! It made for a lot of fun for the little ones...
Poor Ellie did not know what to make of it all and Grover loved every moment of it
Are they leaves?
Nope - just a huge flock of bird descending on my Photinea Tree! They were beautiful - can you see all of them in the photo - 11 in this shot alone!
Then there was the traditional dog arrival of 2010 - I really have no idea where they all come from, but come they do. This one was sad due to the fact that he gave me a nasty bite due to being so scared. Since he was a pit bull and bite me I called Animal control and turned him over to them - the kiss of death sadly. they held him for 14 days (no rabies) and then put him down. I wish I could take them all and overall he settled down and was very sweet for the two days I had him but he was so focused on biting when he got scared that it was too much for the kids.
There was one more rescue this past year - I ran across a cute shitzu mix, called her "Happy". She was matted and dirty. Steve and I spent 4 hours shaving her and bathing her. Three days later she found a hole in the garage and ran away - or hopefully home - no photos of her though...
Then the crazy squirrels, I hope they are warm this winter - new flower basket liners needed as they really liked these ones!
Then a few trips for relaxation! Not a big travel year but did make to a few new places.
Can you say anymore about Mexico then this?

Random bike shots that I thought were pretty cool.
This little guy (at the rim of the pepsi can) spent 3 days flying back and fourth to the can. It had about 1/4 of the pepsi left in it. I guess he found a little bit of heaven in the can. He didn't come back on the 4th day so off to the recycle bin the can went!
