The Trio

  • The Herder
    A tribute to my personal entertainment crew: All three are addicted to paper. It started with Grover, plain paper, to-do lists, magazines, cardboard boxes, junk mail, paper towels. You name the paper and he will eat it. Like all good doggies the other two have learned to enjoy paper as much as Grover. A quick look at my office on any given day and you will understand the extent to which they love paper. My vacuum has the real issue with all this paper. I am sure a trash can with a lid would help, but somehow I fear this would cause withdrals of the paper kind which would then be replaced with more bizzar behavior. So here is my tribute to the paper eating trio who fill my days with paper eating, the ability to sleep until I get on very important conference call an then promptly wake up and bark, defend the house twice a week from the garbage truck. and love to announce the post lady with gusto

Three... Really?

Yup!  There are three now.      I could not help myself!  He's been with us for a week now but the adoption process has been about 6 weeks in the making.     I'll write more about Jack as we all settle in together and learn more about each other.  

Here is a quick snippet of the handsome boy.     Little Miss Ellie and Benny are doing very well with him, though Benny does tend to push him around  - go figure.  9lbs verse 85 lbs and the 9lb pound monster wins.    Jack was found wandering the streets of Queens NY and with very few foster home for Cane Corso's he made his way to Texas about a year ago and has been in a kennel for 9 months and a foster home for the last three.    He's quite a sweet boy and gets along with the two little one wonderfully!
